Dave was born and raised in South Dakota. He spent three years of active duty in the United States Army and 20 years in the South Dakota/Minnesota National Guard. Dave has over 10 of years industry experience in both public and private accounting.
Education: BS in Mathematics - University of South Dakota, Masters of Professional Accountancy (MPA) – University of South Dakota.
